Agreement to the Contest Statute and related processing of personal data

By entering the competition, I agree to the terms and conditions set out in the Contest Terms and Conditions, as well as the related processing of my personal data in the scope of (i) identification data (first name, last name, titles and date of birth), (ii) contact data (e-mail address), (iii) gender data (if you choose to provide it), (iv) data relating to participation in the competition and fulfillment of the terms and conditions of the competition; and (v) data relating to my personal likeness (photographs and audiovisual recordings) by the Data Controller, the Digital Coalition, in connection with participation in the contest and, in the case of winners, the disclosure of personal data for marketing and promotional purposes with the aim of increasing digital literacy. I am aware that giving this consent is necessary for my inclusion as a participant in the contest. Giving my consent to participate in the contest organised by the organiser under the terms of this statute is a condition for participation in the competition. Withdrawal of consent during the duration of the competition means that the controller, as the organiser, will immediately cease to process the personal data of the data subject and the data subject will be excluded from the competition for non-compliance with the terms of the Competition Statute. I understand that I can withdraw my consent at any time. I grant this consent for a period of three years from the date of its granting or until its revocation. I understand that details of my rights and withdrawal of consent are available in the full text of this consent and in the Competition Terms and Conditions.

Consent to provide testing data to my school

I consent to the disclosure of some of my personal data to my school (which I have indicated on the registration form), specifically to the disclosure of my test results in conjunction with my first and last name in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions. I am aware that my school will process this data mainly for the purpose of improving the educational process. I give my consent for the duration of the contractual relationship with the Digital Coalition and for 3 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

Consent to provide testing data to school by Legal Representative

I consent to the disclosure of some of personal data of my child to their school (which they have indicated on the registration form), specifically to the disclosure of their test results in conjunction with their first and last name in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions. I am aware that the school will process this data mainly for the purpose of improving the educational process. I give my consent for the duration of the contractual relationship with the Digital Coalition and for 3 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

Consent to provide testing data to my organisation

I consent to the disclosure of some of my personal data to my organisation (which I have indicated on the registration form), specifically to the disclosure of my test results in conjunction with my first and last name in accordance with the provisions of the Terms and Conditions. I am aware that my organisation will process this data mainly for the purpose of improving digital skills. I give my consent for the duration of the contractual relationship with the Digital Coalition and for 3 years after the end of the contractual relationship.

Consent for marketing and promotional purposes

I agree with the processing of my contact details (email address) by the Digital Coalition for marketing and promotional purposes with the aim of increasing digital literacy. I am aware that the provision of this consent is not necessary for the fulfilment of any contractual or legal obligation and failure to provide it will not have any effect on the evaluation of the application for inclusion in the IT Fitness Test project, nor any other negative consequences. I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time. I give this consent for a period of three years from the date I give it or until it is withdrawn. I understand that details of my rights and withdrawal of consent are available in the Terms and Conditions of Privacy Policy.

Consent for marketing and promotional purposes by Legal Representative

I agree with the processing of my child´s contact details (email address) by the Digital Coalition for marketing and promotional purposes with the aim of increasing digital literacy. I am aware that the provision of this consent is not necessary for the fulfilment of any contractual or legal obligation and failure to provide it will not have any effect on the evaluation of the application for inclusion in the IT Fitness Test project, nor any other negative consequences. I understand that I may withdraw my consent at any time. I give this consent for a period of three years from the date I give it or until it is withdrawn.
